The largest inner-city park in the world, The English Garden covers the natural landscape of the Isar meadows and the old town.

Here you can see sights such as the picturesque Monopteros, the surfers at the Eisbach wave, the Japanese Tea House, and Kleinhesseloher Lake. During the winter holidays, there is a Christmas market to explore.

There are lots of activities to do at the park including playing on the fields, sledging during winter, enjoying a drink at the beer garden or grabbing some snacks from the kiosks for your spontaneous picnic.
