Ancient City (Muang Boran)

Ancient City, or Muang Boran, is an open-air museum that recreated Thailand’s most famous monuments. This is a great place to come for a family for several reasons. As traveling with kids is already tough, seeing all of the monuments within a metropolis can be a nightmare. Well, this museum is a great shortcut as you will visit scaled-down versions of most of the sightseeings.

The park is also quiet and rarely crowded. A bicycle is included in the entry fee, so why not explore the park on a bike?

The museum is located outside the city. You can take the park’s shuttle bus or a 10-minute taxi ride from BTS Bearing station.
