Alfred Nicholas Gardens is a particularly beautiful nature landscape with maples and beeches changing colours in the autumn and azaleas and cherry trees blooming in spring.
If you go down towards the water, you will find picturesque waterfalls, the river flowing, and an iconic ornamental lake and boathouse.
While enjoying the fresh air you can either bring your own picnic or grab some food at the child-friendly cafe The Piggery at Burnham Beeches (next to the Gardens).
You can explore the park with the Alfred Nicholas Memorial Garden map (available at the park office). Toilets and a water tap are available near the entrance.
