Arderne Gardens

The Arderne Gardens features a collection of several hundred species of trees and shrubs, representing the finest collection of exotic species in a public garden in South Africa.

For generations, Capetonians have brought their children to the gardens to see amazing trees like one of the largest trees in South Africa, the Moreton Bay Fig, or possibly the largest Aleppo Pine in the world.

The amazing gardens are FREE of charge.
