Nestled inside Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, moyo Kirstenbosch is situated at the foot of one of the 7 wonders of the world. Acclaimed as one of the world’s great botanical gardens, it is a breath-taking backdrop of nature for the restaurant.
There is a beautiful alfresco area with tables set around trees and a pond.
There are two menus for classic African favourites and the cafe-style breakfast and lunch menu with an African spin. The restaurant also has a special menu for children.
The restaurant features performances of dramatic acts and fancy footwork of dancers. With a song on the lips of the Wishy-Washy ladies, guests are welcomed to the age-old tradition of the African hand-washing and face painting ceremonies.
There is an entrance fee to visit the garden: R210 for adults, R30 for children (6-17), FREE for children under 6.
