Central Park Zoo

Central Park Zoo has several areas including Tisch Children’s stroller-friendly zoo and a petting zoo, where toddlers can get up close to pigs, goats, alpacas, and sheep.

Children may also feed some of the animals but with special food bought from machines and only between 10 am and 2 pm.

There are plenty of sculptures to play with including the one where little ones can climb inside a hatching egg.

Food is available at Dancing Crane Cafe which offers takeout and outdoor dining.

Tickets: Adults (13+) – $19.95, child (3-12) – $14.95, and FREE for toddlers under 3. Admission includes entrance to the main zoo, Tisch Children’s Zoo, and one visit to the 4-D Theater.
