Footscray Park Play Space features an almost fully fenced playground with a high tree house, lots of climbing equipment, a sandpit, swings, slides, and dual flying foxes. There are also musical instruments for toddlers to try out and water play with a splash pad with water jets.
The park includes public toilets, shaded and unshaded picnic tables and benches within the playground area. Outside the fence, you will find barbecues and lots of grass for picnics and ball games. An accessible track goes all the way around the play area.
