Frilandsmuseet (The Open Air Museum)

One of the world’s largest and oldest open-air museums houses more than 50 original farms, mills, and houses from centuries ago showcasing the lives of Danes through time.

During holidays, the Open Air Museum traditionally hosts special activities and exhibitions for the whole family.

Food-wise you can either bring a picnic to enjoy in special areas with playgrounds adjacent or dine in the museum’s restaurant. There is also a kiosk to grab some snacks.
