Take a 50-minute well-marked hike or a walk on the trail through the forest to the Khao Daeng viewpoint and get a view of Sam Roy Yot mountain range and the ocean. Not an easy trek but the 360-degree view is worth it.
The view is the best during sunrise and sunset but then a flashlight needs to be used when it gets darker.
In the area below you can either take a 1-hour boat trip on the canal through the mangroves and the fishing village or a morning boat tour on the swamps. Bring plenty of water!
