At the convergence of the Klang and Gombak rivers stands Masjid Jamek, the oldest mosque in the city. The architecture of the mosque is a combination of Moorish, Islam and Magul.
This is a must-visit place for non-muslims to see the ancient architecture and the combination of different cultures.
Within walking distance from the mosque, there are tourist attractions such as the Central Market, China Town and Little India. Some areas are off-limits to non-Muslims.
