Though Melbourne Docklands Western Park doesn’t have shade, the playground at the park is sheltered by the bridge blocking the sun at certain times of the day.
The playground features a giant seesaw with tires, a large wooden tower with a long toboggan slide, a toddler slide, a small climbing wall, and more. The whole playground is in a large sandpit.
