A community-minded pub, The Henson features a dog-friendly courtyard, a playroom, and fun game activities for grownups, too.
While the adults can join the older kids in a games room with pinball, old-school Big Buck Hunter machines and Pacman, smaller children have a converted garage into a playroom complete with a Mr Men mural and shallow ball pit. There is also a pool table and dartboard.
The kid’s menu includes a $10 rainbow salad as well as the standard kid’s meals like nuggets and chips for $10. All kids’ meals come with a side of grapes.
For adults, the bistro serves delicious meals like lamb shank shepherd’s pie with Asian influences to the mix with a karaage chicken burger and ssamjang lamb ribs.
There is also a deli and wine shop to grab some cured meat and cheeses to go.
