The most famous landmark in Bangkok, The Royal Grand Palace, home to the Thai king for nearly 150 years, is now open to visitors. Coming to the palace is an opportunity to witness amazing craftmanship, detailed architecture and overall grandeur.
The Palace is a complex of buildings that features Temple and The Chapel of the Emerald Buddha, and The Grand Palace. With the entry ticket, you also get access to Wat Phra Kaew and Queen Sirikit Museum of Textile (located within the compound).
The dress code rules are very strict. The following things are NOT allowed: sleeveless shirts, vests, short tops, see-through tops, short hot pants or short pants, torn pants, tight pants, bike pants, and mini skirts.
The price is 500 baht for foreigners. Tickets can be bought at the entrance gate or online.
