Vingis park is the largest city park that hosts many concerts, events, and celebrations. The massive park is more like a forest that features cycling lanes.
It was here, that the largest crowds of people welcomed Pope John Paul II as well as Lady Gaga. The park is livelier in the summer, with an open amusement park, several cafes, and a small zoo.
